Shop Policies

We want you to love your Raisin product as much we’ve loved creating it. So, if it’s not quite right, please let us know by email within 7 days of your order arriving: mia@theraisindidit.com.au.

We happily exchange for an incorrect size/fit but not for 'change of mind'. If the alternative size is not available and there is nothing else you like at the time, you will receive a credit to be used within the next 12 months. Please bear in mind that many of our pieces are one of a kind and the exact item in an alternative size may not exist. Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund unless an item has been incorrectly described in the listing or it is faulty.

Every effort is made to represent stock as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. We refer to vintage fabric as absolutely genuine in ‘as new’ condition. We do no not consider reproduction prints as vintage.

Pre loved fabrics may have certain qualities like consistent slight fading that is considered part of their character. It is always mentioned in the description and we do not use any materials with obvious marks.

Hand screenprinted items are not perfect and slight variations in tone or density are part of the nature of this process. It creates variation and uniqueness between items and is not considered a fault.

We use a courier compnay called Sendle or standard Australia Post registered satchels with tracking. 
Most are sent within 2-3 working days and we will notify you if this has been delayed for any reason.

 

All international parcels are registered with tracking. Standard fees apply but as this can vary I will refund if grossly overcharged. Orders usually take between 3-10 days to arrive depending on where you are in the world, but please feel free to check on this first.
